Welcome to Somerset Point's Official Homeowners Association website. It is the hope of the Association that this site will help facilitate better communication amongst the residents of Somerset Point and provide more information regarding the goings on in our neighborhood.
SOMERSET POINT GARAGE SALE WHEN: SATURDAY, APRIL 21ST TIME: 7:00 AM – NOON Gather all of your priceless items and start getting them together for a great community garage sale. Earn some extra money & eliminate your terrific bargains from your closets. Let’s have a great turnout for this semi-annual event. SIGNS WILL BE PLACED AT THE ENTRANCES. PLEASE PLACE A SIGN AT THE END OF YOUR STREET IF YOU ARE PARTICIPATING. Give a big thanks to Gloria McLaughlin for organizing the Garage Sale and putting up our banners and the signs on the day of the sale.
Somerset Point Home Owners AssociationSomerset Point is comprised of 141 homes built in the early 1980s. Board meetings are typically held held bi-monthly (FEB, APR, JUNE, AUG (annual elections), OCT, NOV) the second Monday of the month at 6:45 pm (executive meeting starts at 6:15pm). Location-South County YMCA, 29831 Crown Valley Parkway, Laguna Niguel. If you are interested in attending a board meeting, it is suggested that you call IDS Asset Management (949) 713-5665 to confirm that the meeting is going to take place. Please note that agenda for upcoming board meetings are posted at the monument at least four days prior to monthly meetings.
